Leadingproperly Concrete is a referral service. We are not hiring employees. We are looking for independent providers who want homeowner requests for new concrete driveways and patios.

Who we are looking for

• Local concrete contractors who do driveways, patios and other flatwork.
• Providers who do stamped and decorative work.
• Businesses that handle their own scheduling, pricing and crews.
• Providers who serve homeowners in the Independence area.

We focus on new work. We do not send repair or customer-service calls.

What we expect

1. Be upfront. Give clear written quotes. 2. Be reachable. Respond to homeowner requests in a reasonable time. 3. Be licensed and insured where local rules require it. 4. Be honest. Explain the plan, the limits and the timing. 5. Respect the homeowner. No pressure, no surprise add-ons.

How the model works

Homeowners send requests. We route them to providers in our network. You contact the homeowner, quote the job and do the work under your own business name. Referral terms are shared before you join. Nothing here promises a set number of requests.

How to apply

First, send an email to contact@leadingproperly.buzz. Next, include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details, if required
• A short note on how you handle quotes

Then we will review your details and reply.
