How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who contact Leadingproperly Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
- Your experience when calling or messaging Leadingproperly Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If work at your home is a problem, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Leadingproperly Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
Step by Step: Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@leadingproperly.buzz and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you recall 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Send It
First, we confirm by email that we received your complaint. This usually happens within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
